GENERAL CONDITIONS

Prices are per week for the apartment and for the number of persons indicated in the booking, including children. It is not permitted for a greater number of persons to use the apartment. Payment to be made with an advance of 30% of the apartment price on booking, with the balance to be paid on arrival.Included: all taxes, use of apartment with availability of complete kitchen equipment, water, gas and electricity, colour TV, beach services with 1 parasol and 2 sunloungers at local beach centre, parking space.
Apartments can be occupied from 3 pm on the day of arrival, and must be vacated by 10 am on the departure day. In periods not shown, bookings are accepted only for periods of at least one week.

Supplements:
Bed linen and towels on request € 10.00 per person for every change. Extra bed on request: € 84.00 per week. Extra cot: € 28.00 per week.

Cautionary deposit: € 150.00 to be returned on departure after check on apartment cleaning and equipment.
